Human Approval and Review Integrity Policy

The operating rules that keep RevLeak OS from becoming reckless automation.

Last updated: June 8, 2026

Human approval

Drafts can be generated by software, but a human must approve messages before they are sent through a live email or SMS provider.

The system should not invent discounts, deadlines, customer history, payment status, or service facts that were not provided in the quote data.

Review integrity

RevLeak OS must not generate fake reviews, buy positive reviews, suppress honest negative reviews, or ask customers for reviews only if they are likely to be positive.

Review requests should go only to real customers and should ask for honest feedback without incentives conditioned on positive sentiment.

Launch approval

Live outreach, live AI drafting with customer data, SMS, platform payments, and production customer onboarding all require explicit launch approval.

These policies are operating guardrails for the product. They are not a substitute for attorney review before commercial launch.

Paid-pilot note

RevLeak OS currently operates managed paid-pilot workflows. These pages describe product guardrails and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broader self-serve launch.
